- Departure Location: Guest are asked to meet at The Sightseeing Ticket Office at 865 Beach Street San Francisco, CA 94109 located in Fisherman's Wharf. There is a parking garage located literally next door. We can validate your parking in the form of a VIP Parking Pass that costs $12 and cover 12 hours. We ask that you please park your vehicle first, and purchase the parking pass during check-in time. Guests should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
