Cruise through Aquatic Park and to the end of Municipal Pier

• See the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, great views of Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge and unbelievable bay vistas

Climb the slopes of Russian Hill

• The affluent residential neighborhood's name goes back to the Gold Rush-era when settlers discovered a small Russian cemetery at the top of the hill

Peak down Hidden Stairways and Paths

Requirements for Guests On This Advanced Tour:

This tour is a blast. To operate the advanced tour safely we have additional guest requirements:

• Guests on this advanced tour must have taken a Segway Tour (ours or in another city) in the last 12 months. This is not a beginner tour or appropriate for guests with mobility issues.

• Ages 12 and up.

• Guests must weigh a minumum of 100 pounds and not over 250 pounds. (45-113 kg)
  

• This tour is more strenouous than our other San Francisco Tours.

• Do not book this tour if you don't want to ride up and down hills or tire easily. You will be standing for 2 hours.
  

• Weight and age restrictions will be stricty enforced. No pregnant guests. No high heels or flip flops.

• All guests must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without any assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without assistance or use of a handrail.

• This tour subject to a minumum of 4 guests. Groups will be combined.

• Advanced reservations are required.

• No refunds for guests that ignore the age, weight and experience requirements. Arrive ready for fun!

Rules of the Road for Segways in San Francisco: Segways are not allowed on sidewalks in San Francisco. We only offer guided tours. We use a combination of designated bike paths and low speed-light traffic streets to conduct our guided tours.

We stress courtesy, rules of the road and common sense when riding a Segway in the city. The San Francisco Electric Tour Company advocates safe tour routes, careful Segway use and detailed rider education. We want a positive tour experience for our guests and encourage respect for residents and visitors sharing the roads, sidewalks and bike paths in the city.

Enjoy Eco Friendly Touring! Our goals are to let guests enjoy riding an eco-friendly Segway, see more sights that they could cover on foot and have lots of fun.
