We recommend booking weekend Alcatraz at least 10-14 days in advance to ensure your requested tour time. Very limited tickets are available for holiday weekends. All holiday weekend cruises will sell out very early. Maximum 8 tickets per order.

• Night Tour: Adult: $35.00 * Junior 12-17: $34.00 * Seniors 62+: $32.25 * Child 5-11: $20.50

We will book your Alcatraz ticket for you upon receipt of your Combination Tour order. You will receive two travel vouchers and two separate credit card charges. All prices subject to change without notice. The National Park Pass is not applicable to the Alcatraz Tour. All Alcatraz Sales are Final. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE CITY TOUR IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Guest are asked to meet at The San Francisco Sightseeing Ticket Office at PIER 41 at Fisherman's Wharf. There is ample paid parking lots and very limited metered street parking is available.

• Gray Line Sightseeing provides complimentary hotel pick up from most hotels in San Francisco. Please be punctual for your pick up time, but allow at least ten minutes for possible traffic delays. Click here for a San Francisco Pick Up Hotel List

• Wheelchair facilities are available. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the bus on their own and if the wheelchair can be folded. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.

ALCATRAZ FERRY AND ISLAND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Alcatraz Ferry departs from Pier 33 along the San Francisco Embarcadero. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time for boarding.

• On-street parking in the Fisherman's Wharf area can be hard to find, and nearly every space has a parking meter. Parking meters take nickels, dimes and quarters. Commerical Parking: There are fifteen commercial lots with a five-block radius of the Alcatraz Landing at Pier 33, with a total of more than 3,000 parking spaces. The closest and most convenient lot is at 80 Francisco at Kearny, just one block away, across the Embarcadero from Alcatraz Landing.

• Handicap Accessibility: Visitors unable to make the climb up Alcatraz's roads may take advantage of SEAT - Sustainable Easy Access Transport - an electric shuttle that meets each scheduled arrival at the Alcatraz dock and transports visitors requiring mobility assistance from the dock to the prison building. SEAT returns visitors requiring mobility assistance from the prison building back to the dock at regular intervals throughout the day. Visitors requiring mobility assistance may be accompanied by one attendant in their party if space is available. Families with small children and strollers cannot be accommodated on SEAT. The following areas are completely wheelchair accessible: Alcatraz dock area, Prison building main floor, All bookstores, Museum displays and Island theater.

• The Alcatraz Ferry operates year round. Reservations are limited to 8 tickets and are available for purchase for the next 60 days. If you book 60 or more days in advance we will process your sightseeing tour reservation now and hold and book the Alcatraz Ferry as the dates are released to the public. By ordering this combination tour your authorize "Tourcorp" to purchase Alcatraz Ferry Tickets from Alcatraz Cuises on your behalf. Day Alcatraz Ferry and Tour Rates: $28.00 for adult and juniors 12-61. $26.25 for seniors 62+ and $17.00 for children 5-11. Night Alcatraz Ferry and Tour Rates: $35.00 for adult 18-61. $34.00 for juniors 12-17. $32.25 for seniors 62+ and $20.25 for children 5-11.

• Limited tickets for Night Alcatraz Tours are available. Please indicate, in the special request box on the order page, if you want a night tour with your order. If night tours are unavailable a day Alcatraz Tour, if available, will be reserved for you automatically.

• Alcatraz Night Tours Depart: April - September 30: Daily Except Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:10pm and 6:40pm

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards. A separate charge will be made by Alcatraz Cruises and will reflect accordingly on your credit card statement.

City Tour Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked 24 hours in advance. You will receive an immediate confirmation email with an E-Ticket Voucher for your Double Decker Tour. Print this voucher and present the SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers. Your voucher must be printed. No Exceptions.

Alcatraz Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

You will be receiving a separate confirmation email within 12-24 Hours with Alcatraz Tickets and all necessary details. Alcatraz Tickets are only available for booking for the next 60 days. Confirmation of Alcatraz Tickets, that are booked 60 days or more in advance, will be sent when tickets become available for booking.

City Tour Cancellation Policy:

Reservation may be cancelled, without penalty, at least 24 Hours prior to the confirmed tour date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Alcatraz Cancellation Policy:

Alcatraz Tickets are Final Sale. Any changes to your Alcatraz departure time must be done 48 hours prior to your Alcatraz Cruise date. The National Park Pass is not applicable to the Alcatraz Tour. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations. You may purchase up to 8 tickets on the web. Alcatraz is a National Park and does not offer any refunds or discounts.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
